The mission

Building the care she was never given.

An entire care system leans on her — the appointments, the therapies, the funding, the fight. It was built around her child, and never once around her. We're here to change that.

We believe care should finally include the person giving it. That's the reason StrongHERside exists.

We built a system around the child. And nothing around the mother holding it together.

Mothers raising children with additional needs are the invisible infrastructure of care — coordinating the appointments, chasing the funding, learning the therapies, carrying a worry that never clocks off. In Australia alone, unpaid carers do work valued at $77.9 billion a year. The system runs on them. It rarely sees them.

She is expected to hold everyone, and to need nothing herself. We don't think that's only unfair. We think it's a problem worth solving.

The change we're making

From invisible to held.

We're not adding one more thing to her day. We're changing what's possible for her — and, in time, how the work of caring is seen and supported.

From — carrying it all, alone
One calm place that holds it with her.
From — invisible, unpaid labour
Work that's finally seen and supported.
From — only for those who can pay
Funded access, so no mother is left out.
Where we're going

From one mother in Australia to millions around the world.

The load is universal. A mother in Sydney, Toronto or Manchester carries the same invisible weight — and meets the same silence where her support should be.

We're building the first care infrastructure designed for her — and a future where the work of caring is finally recognised, wherever she lives.

Born in Australia. Built for the world.

What we're building toward

Three promises that don't bend.

01

Hold the load

Carry the appointments, documents and details — so she never has to keep it all in her head again.

02

Protect the carer

Look after her wellbeing as seriously as everyone expects her to look after everyone else.

03

Reach every mother

Through funded access, get real support to the families who need it most — not only those who can afford it.

This is not wellness for mums. This is care for the mothers no one built for.
